Peer Roundtables
Peer Roundtables are groups of SpringGR entrepreneurs who meet every other week to learn together, support each other, grow their businesses, and kindly hold each other accountable to achieve their business goals.
What makes the roundtables valuable and effective:
You find your people, your business-owner community. Business ownership can be lonely. Peer roundtables provide that community to support each other and grow together.
Built-in accountability. Goals can be tough to achieve because life, work, and family need you. Your roundtable keeps you on track.
Growth trajectory. You can learn on your own, but you learn more and go farther with others. A roundtable allows you to be the student and the teacher.
Peer 2 Peer Roundtables meet for 2 hours every other week at SpringGR and are led by a SpringGR facilitator. Roundtables last for 3 or 4 months, depending on the time of the year and type of roundtable.
What roundtable participants are saying:
"Being a part of the peer 2 peer roundtables has been a great decision for me and my business. I have created lifelong connections as well as maintained accountability for myself as an entrepreneur. If anyone is on the fence, just do it! You won't regret it." Lyanna M., Owner of Moore 2 Love Doula Services
“Peer-to-peer has been instrumental in the growth of my business because it helps hold me accountable for things I need to think about or get done. The mentors always have an answer or resource for our problems. It’s such a great experience being around like-minded people who support you and want to see you succeed.” Lauren O., Owner of Azucar Ave
