With over 900 graduates in the past decade, we continue to support and learn from small businesses! This 14-week program is designed to help anyone with a business idea or small business build strong foundations to launch and grow.

Idea Lab

Do you have a business idea but don’t know where to start? This program was created specifically by entrepreneurs for those who have an idea and haven’t made any sales yet. You’ll focus on testing your idea, researching, defining a target customer, discovering what makes you different, and getting your idea out to the public to make your first sale!

Small Business Accelerator

Have you been in business and made at least $1,000 this year? SpringGR’ s signature Small Business Accelerator program is advanced and designed to help you focus on the core areas of your business - marketing, finance, sales, and planning - to help you get to where you want to go!

How do I apply for Spring 2024?

Applications will open on 11/01/23 and close on 12/30/23 or when interviews are full.
After you apply, you’ll receive an email with a link to sign up for an interview in January. Sign up right away, as these interview spots fill up fast!
Show up to your interview. We want to get to know you and what you hope to do in your business! Here are a few things to remember:
- We only work with for-profit businesses and ideas, not nonprofits.
- Your drive and commitment will generate the return on investment of professional and personal growth that this program offers.
- Come open-minded and willing to learn new business methods.

What if I need help after the 14-weeks?

We believe in growing our Intellectual Capacity, Social Capital Connections, and Readiness for Capital. Post-class support is designed with you in mind! We also want to connect you to other community resources to help you grow and succeed.
