Does my application secure my spot in class?
No. Once you apply, you’ll receive an interview link to sign up for a slot to meet with our team. Depending on what stage your business is in, you might not need our help.
What’s the total cost of the SBA?
The total cost is $150.
Part 1: $50 Part 2: $100
Does every student get a business coach?
We assign one business coach per class who will meet with each student individually on a weekly basis.

How long is the SBA?
The full SBA is 14 weeks, but it’s split into two parts.
Part 1 is a four-week pre-class workshop that focuses on mindset. After the four-week workshop, if you and our team feel that you’re ready, you’ll start part 2. Part 2 is a 10-week business accelerator that focuses on launching and growing your business through the business model canvas, coaching, and peer learning in cohort-style groups.

The first part of the SBA is tough. It’s designed to help people work on their mindset, develop peer coaching relationships, and weed themselves out if they, or we, decide that the SBA is not for them.

When is the next cohort?
The program is a six-month time commitment with 14 sessions. Future date TBD.
What are the program requirements?
Women and Business owners of color with 51 percent or greater ownership of the business
$100,000 + in annual revenues
One other employee besides the owner(s)
Been in business for at least two years
Willingness and ability to attend a six-month course, complete mandatory assignments, and complete program surveys as requested

The total program cost is $250.
